Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once you book, you shall receive a confirmation email, and a reminder email the day before

Herein is guidance, should you need to cancel your booking

♢ Please contact Elen directly by email if you need to cancel your booking at [email protected]

♢ Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice (2 days), a full refund will be offered and we can work together to find a date to reschedule your appointment if you so wish

♢ Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be offered

♢ No-shows; no refund will be offered

♢ I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time, and in the unlikely event that this occurs, another appointment slot or a full refund will be offered
